特徴

• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2.
• These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1.
• As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.
• In some cases, expression of the FOS gene has also been associated with apoptotic cell death.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Dot Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000 Dot Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
