MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
IL12 may promote the transition between innate and adaptive immunity.
It induces the production of IgG(1) and IgG(3) in B-cells (By similarity).
It may play a role in proliferation and maturation of natural killer (NK) cells in synergy with IL15 and may regulate proliferation of mature B-and T-cells in response to activating stimuli.
In synergy with IL15 and IL18 stimulates interferon gamma production in T-cells and NK cells.
During T-cell mediated immune response may inhibit dendritic cells (DC) activation and maturation.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
