• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• CDC25B is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases.
• CDC25B activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis.
• CDC25B shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals.
• The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2.
• CDC25B has oncogenic properties, although its role in tumor formation has not been determined.
• Multiple transcript variants for this gene exist.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
