• EDD is a progestin-induced protein, which belongs to the HECT (homology to E6-AP carboxyl terminus) family.
• The HECT family proteins function as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases, targeting specific proteins for ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis.
• This gene is localized to chromosome 8q22, a locus disrupted in a variety of cancers.
• This gene potentially has a role in regulation of cell proliferation or differentiation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
