• Human thioesterase superfamily member 2 (hTHEM2) belongs to the hotdog-fold enzyme superfamily.
• The encoding gene is highly expressed in the kidney, and moderately expressed in the liver, brain, large intestine, and small intestine.
• THEM2 is essential for cell sustained proliferation based on small interference RNA silencing studies.
• THEM2 colocalizes with microtubules in immunostaining and GFP-Tag experiments.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
