• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Neutralization, FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded): 5-15ug/ml with a 30 minute incubation at RT or an overnight incubation at 4ºC
• Neutralization: 0.05-0.1ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (10ng/ml)
• FLISA (Indirect amd Sandwich): 0.5ug/ml (100ul/well).
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hVEGF
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long term storage, stored at -20°C.
• Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
