• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:FLISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well).
• Using in conjunction with I8433-03, as a detection antibody, the detection limit of ~0.2-0.4ng/well
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Neutralization: 0.02-0.05ug/ml.
• To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-11 (1.50ng/ml)
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
