MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Hematopoietic growth factor capable of stimulating the proliferation of lymphoid progenitors.
It is important for proliferation during certain stages of B-cell maturation.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA (Sandwich): To detect Rat IL-7 by sandwich FLISA (Sandwich) (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2ug/ml of this antibody is required.
This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Rat IL-7 as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant Rat IL-7
Western Blot: To detect Rat IL-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml.; When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Rat IL-7 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition of the biological activity of Rat IL-7 (5ng/ml), a concentration of 0.14-0.21ug/ml of this antibody is required
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
