Binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus nucleotide core sequence GGAA.
Involved in regulation of TNFRSF10B/DR5 expression through Ets-binding sequences on the TNFRSF10B/DR5 promoter.
May contribute to development and carcinogenesis by acting as a tumor suppressor gene or anti-oncogene.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
