MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Involved in the interaction of plaque proteins and intermediate filaments mediating cell-cell adhesion.
May contribute to epidermal cell positioning (stratification) by mediating differential adhesiveness between cells that express different isoforms.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
