There are 3 named isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
CHIA is induced via a T helper-2 (Th2)-specific, interleukin-13-mediated pathway in epithelial cells and macrophages.
CHIA may be an important mediator of IL13-induced responses in Th2-dominated disorders such as asthma.
CHIA hydrolysis N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminide 1,4-beta-linkages in chitin and chitodextrins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
