• Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
• The protein encoded by this gene shares similarity with the yeast Mob1 protein.
• Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase essential for spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation.
• This gene is located on the opposite strand as the interferon kappa precursor (IFNK) gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
