• ZBTB32 is a DNA-binding protein that binds to the to a 5'-TGTACAGTGT-3' core sequence.
• May function as a transcriptional transactivator and transcriptional repressor.
• Probably exerts its repressor effect by preventing GATA3 from binding to DNA.
• May play a role in regulating the differentiation and activation of helper T cells (By similarity).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
