MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
SCYL2 is a component of AP2-containing clathrin coated structures at the plasma membrane or of endocytic coated vesicles.
SCYL2 is a probable serine/threonine-protein kinase that phosphorylates, in vitro, the beta2-subunit of the plasma membrane adapter complex AP2 and other proteins in presence of poly-L-lysine.
SCYL2 may also regulate clathrin-dependent trafficking between the TGN and/or the endosomal system.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
