MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
MINK1 and MINK2 are serine/threonine protein kinases of the STE subfamily that may play a role in the response to environmental stress.
They appears to act upstream of the JUN N-terminal pathway and may play a role in the development of the brain.
Expression appears to be ubiquitous, highly expressed in the brain, moderately expressed in kidney and spleen, with lower levels present in heart and skeletal muscle.
These proteins are up-regulated during post-natal brain development.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
