MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
ITK is an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells.
The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases.
It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
