• MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.

• CSRP2 is a protein containing two LIM domains, which are double zinc finger motifs found in proteins of diverse function.
• CSRP2 and some related proteins are thought to act as protein adapters, bridging two or more proteins to form a larger protein complex.
• The protein encoded by this gene binds to one of the LIM domains of CSRP2 and contains an acetyltransferase domain.
• Although the encoded protein has been detected in the cytoplasm, it is predominantly a nuclear protein.
• Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
