84-2804-45 [取扱停止]COMP, ID (Cartilage Oligomeric Matrix Protein, Thrombospondin-5, TSP5) (MaxLight 490) 100ul C7849-09E-ML490
特徴
MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
COMP is a noncollagenous extracellular matrix (ECM) protein.
It consists of five identical glycoprotein subunits, each with EGF-like and calcium-binding (thrombospondin-like) domains.
Oligomerization results from formation of a five-stranded coiled coil and disulfides.
Binding to other ECM proteins such as collagen appears to depend on divalent cations.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot.
Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry (Not Tested).
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sectionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
