特徴

• MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
• ABCB11 is involved in the ATP-dependent secretion of bile salts into the canaliculus of hepatocytes.
• It is expressed predominatly, if not exclusively, in the liver, where it is further localized to the canilicular microvilli and to subcanilicular vesicles fo the hepatocytes.
• Structurally, ABCB11 is a multifunctional polypeptide with two homologus halves, each containing a hydrophobic membrane-anchoring domain and an ATP binding cassette (ABC) domain.
• Defects in ABCB11 are the cause of progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis 2 (PFIC2).
• PFIC2 is an inherited liver disease of childhood which is characterized by cholestasis and normal serum gamma-glutamyltransferase activity.
• Defects in ABCB11 are also found in cases of chronic intrahepatic cholestasis without obvious familial history of chronic liver disease.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
