MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
GDF3 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family and the TGF-beta superfamily.
This group of proteins is characterized by a polybasic proteolytic processing site which is cleaved to produce a mature protein containing seven conserved cysteine residues.
The members of this family are regulators of cell growth and differentiation in both embryonic and adult tissues.
The function of this protein is unknown, but expression studies suggest it may be involved in regulation of the adult lymphatic and erythroid systems and embryonic development.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:FLISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
