• IL6R is a transmembrane protein that associates with the signal-transducing subunit gp130 to form a high-affinity receptor complex for IL-6.
• It is expressed on T cells, activated B cells, and peripheral monocytes.
• A soluble form of IL6R can be released by proteolytic cleavage.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
