特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• FAF1 (Fas-associated protein factor 1) specifically interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of wild type, but not mutated, Fas in both yeast and mammalian cells.
• When transiently expressed in T cells, FAF1 potentiates Fas-induced apoptosis.
• In contrast to TRADD, FADD, and RIP, FAF1 lacks a DDH (Death domain homologous region) and cannot induce apoptosis independent of Fas activation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
