• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.

• S47A2 belongs to a family of transporters involved in excretion of toxic electrolytes, both endogenous and exogenous, through urine and bile.
• This transporter family shares homology with the bacterial MATE (multidrug and toxin extrusion) protein family responsible for drug resistance.
• This gene is one of two members of the MATE transporter family located near each other on chromosome 17.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
