• This gene encodes a member of the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family.
• The gene product is a protein that forms a multiprotein complex that links receptor kinases and actin.
• Binding to actin occurs through a C-terminal verprolin homology domain in all family members.
• The multiprotein complex serves to tranduce signals that involve changes in cell shape, motility or function.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
