MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
TRKA (also known as NTRK1)is a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor (NTKR) family.
This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway.
The presence of this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may play a role in specifying sensory neuron subtypes.
Mutations in the TRKA gene have been associated with congenital insensitivity to pain, anhidrosis, self-mutilating behavior, mental retardation and cancer.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
