• TMPRSS3 belongs to the serine protease family.
• This protein contains a serine protease domain, a transmembrane domain, a LDL receptor-like domain, and a scavenger receptor cysteine-rich domain.
• Serine proteases are known to be involved in a variety of biological processes, whose malfunction often leads to human diseases and disorders.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
