• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• TP53INP2/DOR is a scaffold protein that recruits LC3 and/or LC3-related proteins to the autophagosome membrane by interacting with the transmembrane protein VMP1.
• TP53INP2 translocates from the nucleus to the autophagosome structures after activation of autophagy by rapamycin or starvation.
• TP53INP2 is necessary for autophagosome development because its small interfering RNA-mediated knockdown strongly decreases sensitivity of mammalian cells to autophagy.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10-1:50Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
