• TSPAN31 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family.
• Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains.
• The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.
• This encoded protein is thought to be involved in growth-related cellular processes.
• It is associated with tumorigenesis and osteosarcoma.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
