• PLCL1 is an inositol phospholipid-based intracellular signaling cascade.
• Shows no PLC activity to phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and sphatidylinositol.
• Component in the phospho-dependent endocytosis process of GABA A receptor (By similarity).
• Regulates the turnover of receptors and thus contributes to the maintenance of GABA-mediated synaptic inhibition.
• Its aberrant expression could contribute to the genesis and progression of lung carcinoma.
• Acts as a nhibitor of PPP1C.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
