The SOX (SRY-box containing gene) gene family encodes a group of transcription factors defined by the conserved high motility group (HMG) DNA-binding domain.
They are involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:2000-1:3000, band seen at ~40kDImmunohistochemistry: 1:125-1:500 Immunocytochemistry: 1:125-1:250Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
