Collagen is located in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues.
It is part of the interacting network of proteoglycans and proteins that provides a structural framework for both soft and calcified connective tissues.
Collagen Type IV forms a two-dimensional reticulum and is a major component of the basal lamina.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: FrozenImmunocytochemistry: 1:10-1:20 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
