- The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins leading to stimulation of adenylate cyclase and an increase of cAMP.
- Binding of the ligand may also activate a tyrosine kinase pathway that inhibits the activity of a phosphodiesterase that degrades cAMP.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:4000Immunocytochemistry: 1:4000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
