特徴

• Phosphodiesterase 5A, a cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase, has been implicated in primary pulmonary hypertension, cardiac failure and erectile dysfunction.
• PDE5A also may function in the regulation of coronary blood flow.
• PDE5A is the predominant enzyme responsible for cGMP hydrolysis in trabecular smooth muscle.
• PDE5A activitity is inhibited by sildenafil (Viagra) and zaprinast.
• At least three alternatively spliced transcripts have been reported.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:20,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
