COUP-TFI, a NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-Like receptor, has been shown to regulate steroid/thyroid receptor pathways and is essential for neurogenesis, organogenesis, metabolism, homeostasis, and cell fate determination.
COUP-TFI mediates the elaboration and patterning of anterior neural gene expression in vertebrates, possibly via effects on the retinoic acid signaling pathways.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry.
