特徴
- NKX3.1 is located on human chromosome 8p21.21.
- It is an androgen regulated homeodomain gene with the expression of the NKX3.1 protein predominantly localized to prostate epithelial cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml in Tris or PBS, pH 7.3 with 2% carrier protein
- Immunohistochemistry: 1ug/ml.
- For formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues, perform high- temperature antigen retrieval in 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
