特徴

• Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1 alpha) is a transcription factor involved in the induction of oxygen regulated genes in response to hypoxia.
• HIF-1 alpha binds to a specific DNA sequence within the hypoxia response element of target gene promoters.
• HIF-1 alpha is expressed in most tissue types and overexpressed in human cancers and their metastases.
• At least 2 isoforms of HIF-1 alpha are produced by alternative splicing.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1.0ug/ml.
• Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is required by boiling the formalin/paraffin sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 20 mins.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
