ACAA1 (acetylCoenzyme A acyltransferase 1), catalyzes the conversion of acyl-CoA and acetyl-CoA to 3-oxoacyl-CoA in the fatty acid oxidation pathway.
Deficiency of this enzyme can lead to pseudo-Zellweger syndrome.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
