• Overexpression of TRADD in human cells leads to two major TNF-related responses: apoptosis and activation of NF-kappa B.
• TNF in zebrafish was formerly known as ovarian tumor necrosis factor receptor (OTR).
• One study demonstrated that the extrinsic apoptosis pathway in zebrafish closely resembles its mammalian counterpart.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
