The interleukin-22 receptor A1 (IL-22 Ra1), also known as CRF2-9, is a 557aa, ~65kD type I transmembrane protein of the type II cytokine receptor family (CRF).
IL-22 RA1 forms an IL-22 signaling complex with IL-10 RB/CRF2-4 on epithelial and stromal cells.
IL-22 engagement of the signaling complex stimulates antimicrobial, acute phase and proinflammatory protein expression.
IL-22 Ra1 also pairs with IL-20 RB to form a receptor that is responsive to IL-20 and IL-24.
Within the 211aa extracellular domain, mouse IL-22 Ra1 shares 78% and 94% aa sequence identity with human and rat IL-22 RA1.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
