• FYN is a member of the protein-tyrosine kinase oncogene family.
• It encodes a membrane-associated tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in the control of cell growth.
• The protein associates with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and interacts with the fyn-binding protein.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
