特徴
- Microtubules are constituent parts of the mitotic apparatus, cilia, flagella, and elements of the cytoskeleton.
- They consist principally of 2 soluble proteins, alpha- and beta-tubulin, each of about 55,000 kDa
- Antibodies against beta Tubulin are useful as loading controls for Western Blotting.
- However it should be noted that levels of beta Tubulin may not be stable in certain cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
