特徴
- SIRP-alpha1 is a substrate for activated receptor tyrosine kinases.
- In its tyrosine phosphorylated form, SIRP-alpha1 binds to SH-PTP2 through SH2 interactions and acts as an SH-PTP2 substrate.
- SIRP-alpha1 has been shown to have negative regulatory effects on cellular responses induced by growth factors, oncogenes and insulin.
- SIRP-beta1 shares extensive sequence homology with SIRP-alpha1 in its extracellular portion but lacks the cytoplasmic portion.
- SIRP-y, originally designated SIRP-beta2 (SIRP-B2, CD172g) has unique characteristics from both the alpha and beta versions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
