A form of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).
POAG is characterized by a specific pattern of optic nerve and visual field defects.
The angle of the anterior chamber of the eye is open, and usually the intraocular pressure is increased.
The disease is asymptomatic until the late stages, by which time significant and irreversible optic nerve damage has already taken place.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
