The transcription factor NFkB is widely recognized as a critical mediator of immune and inflammatory responses.
In most cell types, NFkB is found in the cytoplasm where it is associated with an inhibitory prd in many tissues.
A high proportion of spontaneous NIH/3T3 transformants overexpress c-Met and by transfection analysis the c-Met proto-oncogene has been shown to exhibittransforming activity.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
