A small number of complex I subunits are the products of mitochondrial genes (subunits 1-7),while the remainder are nuclear encoded and imported from the cytoplasm.
NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (ND1) binds rotenone and rotenone analogs and might be involved in electron transfer to ubiquinone.
Mutations in the ND1 gene may be implicated in several disorders, including Leber hereditary optic neuropathy, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson disease.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
