特徴

• Zinc-finger proteins contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression.
• The majority of zinc-finger proteins contain a Krueppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins.
• ZNF191 (Zinc finger protein 191), also known as ZNF24, KOX17, ZSCAN3 or RSG-A, is a 368 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.
• Expressed in tissues throughout the body with the exception of heart, ZNF191 functions as a transcriptional repressor for a variety of proteins, such as VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), and is thought to be important for early embryonic development and cell proliferation.
• ZNF191 contains four C2H2-type zinc fingers and one SCAN box domain and, upon DNA damage, may be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.

• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
