Streptococcus pneumoniae are Gram positive, lancet shaped cocci (elongated cocci with a slightly pointed outer curvature).
They are a major human pathogen that cause lung infections that often develop as secondary infections into other respiratory disorders such as bronchial pneumonia.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C before opening.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
