- Influenza virus is a single-stranded RNA virus, segmented, 70nm diameter and enveloped.
- Strains are described by geographic origin, strain number, year of isolation and hemagglutination (H) and neuraminidase (N) antigens.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: Capture: 1:200-1:500Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,0001:250-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C before opening.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
