- BSA is produced in the liver and the concentration of BSA in plasma is 35-50mg/ml.
- The molecular mass is 69kD.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunodiffusion.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C before opening.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
