特徴

• The CD3 complex is closely associated at the lymphocyte cell surface with the T cell antigen receptor (TCR).
• Reportedly, CD3 complex is involved in signal transduction to the T cell interior following antigen recognition.
• The CD3 antigen is first detectable in early thymocytes and probably represents one of the earliest signs of commitment to the T cell lineage.
• In cortical thymocytes, CD3 is predominantly intra-cytoplasmic.
• However, in medullary thymocytes, it appears on the T cell surface.
• CD3 antigen is a highly specific marker for T cells, and is present in majority of T cell neoplasms.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Jurkat cells.
• Tonsil and lymph node
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
